We are a thoughtful and curated building firm based in Portland, Oregon, established in 2011 by 3rd generation Oregon contractor Kipp Knode. We specialize in restoration and remodel projects, and our work ranges from new home construction, complete home renovations and ADUs, to commercial buildings and retail build-outs. As a bespoke construction company, we focus on craftsmanship, artistry and quality.

We approach each project with diligence and care, focusing on strong client relationships and positive communication. We offer full design + build services, including planning and permitting, schematics, drafting, and interior finish selections, with our sister company, Of Prairies.
